Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate non-emergency medical vehicles to transport clients to and from appointments, discharge facilities, and personal engagements.

Provide professional, door-through-door assistance, ensuring client comfort and safety at all times.

Assist clients with mobility limitations, including the safe use of wheelchair ramps and securement systems.

Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic safety checks.
Requirements:

Valid Class 4 Driver’s License (or above) with a clean abstract.

Exceptional patience, empathy, and communication skills.

Physical ability to assist clients and handle mobility equipment.

Successful completion of a criminal background check.
Health Care Aide / Care Aide / Personal Support Worker
Locations: Serving clients in Mayerthorpe, Edson, Whitecourt, Barrhead & Surrounding Areas
Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, & Casual
Key Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate personal care to clients during transport and on outings, which may include assistance with mobility, personal hygiene, and medication reminders.
Offer companionship and emotional support, ensuring clients feel safe and respected.
Work collaboratively with drivers and the dispatch team to deliver seamless, client-focused service.
Monitor client well-being and report any concerns to the supervisor.
Requirements:
Valid certification as a Health Care Aide, Care Aide, or Personal Support Worker.
Proven compassion and a genuine desire to work with the elderly and individuals with health challenges.
Strong observation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Successful completion of a criminal background check.
